hello last night we made meat balls from scratch. i helped also made the the pasta dough with dad. the funniest part was when i was kneading the meat i kept dropping it on the floor we kept laughing. had to there will be some photos of the meatballs and pasta dough.
Recipe.
step 1 put 100 grams of flour on the bench then make a well with your fingers.
step 2 crack a egg and a teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt into the well.
step 3 whisk the egg mixture with a fork and slowly add the flour from the side's little by little until it forms a dough.
step 4 using your hands knead the dough by pulling it towards you the pushing it away from you.
step 5 knead 5-10 min's or until dough is smooth and the texture you want.
step 6 rap the dough in glad rap then refrigerate for 30 min's.
step 7 roll out the dough as thin and long as you can.
cut the shape you desire.

Morena Jayden, yum they look delicious. Maybe next time you could put some capital letters into your blurb. I look forward to see more of your blogs.
ReplyDeleteHi Jayden, I really like the way you described how to make pasta dough, (I have never made my own). What shapes did you cut yours into?

Hi Jayden, well done on making some meatballs from scratch. It sounds like a really long process. Did you take a photo of the finished process? I'd love to see. I agree with Mrs Russell about your capital letters- you know how to use them!! What was the hardest part of making meatballs from scratch?

Hi Jayden, what a yummy meal. I like that you have included the pasta recipe. My daughter makes her own pasta, and it is delicious. Well done.
